Our Mission

Our mission is to provide orthotic and prosthetic solutions for our patients and referral sources in a manner that reflects our commitment to integrity, quality, and the treatment of all persons with dignity and respect.

"No matter how much time it takes, we will make sure your prosthesis or orthosis fits and functions properly."

Our Story

Synergy Orthotic Prosthetic Technologies, Inc. was established in 2001. Our focus has always been to provide the best patient care possible.

We value every patient we see. No matter how much time it takes, we will make sure your prosthesis or orthosis fits and functions properly.

Our Approach

Our name, “Synergy Orthotic Prosthetic Technologies, Inc.”, is based on our commitment to old-world craftsmanship combined with today’s technological advances.

The innovative materials and techniques available today (in the right hands) have made for lighter, stronger artificial limbs and braces, but do not, of themselves, represent an improvement in fit or function. The way a limb or brace is designed to fit each patient has far more to do with how successful a patient can be than the materials alone. Materials and computer technology have revolutionized the field of prosthetics, but anatomy has not changed: If the most technologically advanced prosthesis in the world doesn’t fit the patient properly and comfortably, the patient won’t use it!

Fortunately, we are experts in the design and fitting of limbs and braces. Our unique backgrounds and histories have provided us with the expertise to fit the most difficult amputations and unusual limbs, using the design considerations most important to the wearer.

Our Services

Synergy takes pride in providing the most appropriate artificial limbs for all patients, regardless of age, mobility grade, or amputation level.

Synergy provides off-the-shelf orthoses as well as custom fabricated orthoses specific to our patients’ needs.

Synergy has worked closely with leading spine specialists in the Portland metro area to develop a comprehensive scoliosis protocol.

Our Team

We are a diverse family at Synergy with varied perspectives and strengths. This allows us to meet each patient’s needs with the unifying goal of “patients first.”
